Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, browsing listings, posting a trip, requesting a seat, or otherwise using Tripley, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Tripley provides

Tripley is a platform that helps travelers discover trips and connect with hosts or the Tripley team. Tripley is not a travel agency, carrier, insurer, or emergency service provider.

• Featured departures are curated listings managed or published by Tripley admins.
• Community trips are user-created listings that require admin approval before public visibility.
• Seat requests and inquiries help users express interest, but final arrangements remain the responsibility of the parties involved.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not impersonate another person, create misleading listings, or use Tripley for unlawful purposes.
• Tripley may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create safety risk.

Trip listings and user content

• Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of routes, pricing, vehicle details, timing, preferences, and notes in their listings.
• You must not publish false, dangerous, discriminatory, or misleading trip information.
• By submitting content to Tripley, you grant us a license to display, moderate, and operate that content within the platform.
• Tripley may remove, reject, or archive listings that violate policy or create risk for users.

Payments and pricing

Trip pricing shown on Tripley is provided by hosts or admins. Unless Tripley explicitly states otherwise for a specific featured departure, payment collection and refunds happen directly between travelers and hosts or through arrangements communicated after inquiry approval.

Safety and conduct

• You are responsible for assessing route safety, vehicle condition, weather, and the people you travel with.
• Contact details unlock only after an approved request in the community trip flow.
• Harassment, threats, discrimination, fraud, and unsafe behavior are prohibited.
• Users should report concerns through Tripley's reporting tools and contact local authorities in emergencies.

Moderation and enforcement

Tripley may review trips, inquiries, reports, and accounts. We may approve, reject, suspend, or remove content or users at our discretion to protect the community, but we do not guarantee review of every listing or interaction.

Disclaimers

Tripley is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every trip, host, or traveler will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tripley is not liable for acts or omissions of users, travel delays, accidents, property loss, personal injury, or disputes arising from trips arranged through the platform.

Limitation of liability

Where permitted by law, Tripley's total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Tripley for platform use in the previous three months or INR 5,000.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. You may stop using Tripley at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if continued access creates risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts located in India unless applicable law requires otherwise.
